Formline F900: Fully automated measurement of form & position as well as roughness & twist

The Formline F900 is the new tactile measuring system from HOMMEL ETAMIC that replaces the proven Roundscan.
With a space-saving equipment table, the Movecontrol control panel and a new design, the Formline F900 offers the highest precision and efficiency.
The system is available in three variants, with Z-axes in different heights of 350, 550 and 900 millimeters, and thus measures rotationally symmetrical workpieces with a length of up to 900 mm and a weight of up to 100 kilograms in a fully automated manner,
making it one of the most powerful measuring instruments on the market. Thanks to the two-sided probing system, measurements of roughness and twist can also be carried out in addition to shape and position.
The automatic adjustment of the scanning force and sensing direction ensures fully automatic measurement processes without operator intervention.
The complete compatibility with the predecessor system and the corresponding accessories enables a problem-free capacity expansion of existing measuring stations.
